If you receive an item that is damaged you must inform us within 3 days of delivery, we will require a photo of the damaged goods. Once the damage item is returned to us along with the posting receipt we will refund or replace the item/s at no extra cost.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days for a prompt exchange or a full refund. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, with the original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or if you prefer, exchange the product at no extra cost. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that have been tampered with or used. Please keep your proof of postage as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items, which are lost in the post (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.


Our normal Returns policy is applicable for all Jewellery with the exception of earrings.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer to refund or exchange any earrings.

All our jewellery comes with the manufacturers care card and cleaning and care instructions should be adhered to.

All our watches come with a two year warranty with the manufacturer. Please keep your warrantee card and receipt in a safe place as the manufacturer will require this card should you ever need to claim.
